Exchanges and Refunds

We will gladly exchange or return an item within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will be processed back onto your student account.

To order a replacement item, please log on to your TFS shop account and place the order. 

Toronto Campus

You can return items to the TFS Shop.
Shop hours are:
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8am - 10am, 2pm - 5pm.

West Campus

Please return items to the Administration Office Monday to  Friday from 9:30 to 3:30 pm.
